Increase public awareness and engagement in the matters of internet governance.
We understand that currently, the involvement of the general public in matters of Internet governance remains limited. The Larus Foundation seeks to change the status quo by sponsoring capable candidates interested in the issues of Internet policy. We firmly believe that the lack of necessary funds should not stand in the way of those who want to pursue a career in Internet governance.

Collaboration
Collaboration from local communities, schools, and organizations are very welcome. The Foundation works closely with these parties to promote knowledge of Internet governance in local communities. The Foundation will provide training and financial support for suitable partners if need be for improving the welfare of society.
